As the Head of Growth Marketing, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Develop and implement growth strategies to drive the company\xe2\x80\x99s digital marketing initiatives.
• Manage all aspects of paid advertising, including budget allocation and performance analysis.
• Oversee the different channels of growth related to their product, including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media.
• Ensure that the product branding on the website aligns with the growth objectives.
• Lead the development of lead generation activities, customer activation, and user engagement programs to increase conversion rates.
• Analyse internal data, customer insights, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and develop data-driven growth strategies.
• Establish and document successful methods and processes to ensure consistency and repeatability in experimentation.
• Build and scale a cross-functional growth team to achieve growth objectives.

We are seeking a candidate who has the following qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role building an enterprise SaaS or similar software product.
• Proven experience in leading and scaling growth teams.
• Self-starter and proactive individual who can work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to articulate complex ideas.
