Job Description


The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company\'s overall business objectives. This role will involve establishing HR policies and procedures, building a positive company culture, attracting and retaining top talent, and driving employee engagement.HR Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the company\'s growth and business objectives.
  • Conduct HR needs assessments and develop plans to address identified gaps.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with the company\'s strategic direction.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Manage the onboarding process and ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the company culture.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and identify development opportunities.
  • Oversee employee relations and address any issues promptly and professionally.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Conduct salary surveys and market analysis to maintain competitive compensation levels.
Culture and Employee Engagement:
  • Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and recognition programs.
  • Manage employee communications and ensure effective internal communication channels.
HR Operations and Administration:
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
  • Oversee HR systems and processes, including payroll, time and attendance, and HR information systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant HR laws and regulations.

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in Human Resources, with a proven track record in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
