Job Description

Job Summary

Lead and manage all HR and administrative functions to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and workforce development. This role is responsible for implementing effective HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the organization's goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and manage comprehensive HR programs, including talent acquisition, staffing, compensation, benefits, training and development, records management, safety, succession planning, employee relations, and legal compliance. Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for all positions, conduct new employee orientations, manage career-pathing programs, and oversee job advertisements. Develop HR solutions by collecting and analyzing data, identifying issues, and recommending appropriate actions. Improve employee and manager performance through coaching, counselling, and performance management initiatives. Prepare monthly and quarterly HR reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Manage the Consultant credentialing process and coordinate submissions to the Clinical Committee. Administer HR policies and procedures, maintain the employee handbook, and ensure organizational values and compliance are upheld. Coordinate monthly salary processing and ensure timely payment of all statutory contributions (EPF, HRDF, SOCSO, EIS, and Income Tax) in collaboration with the Finance Department. Oversee employee training and development programs, including HRD Corp (HRDC) levy management and annual training plans in line with the approved budget. Administer employee performance reviews, facilitate calibration sessions, and prepare reports for management review. Organize and administer key meetings such as the HOS Meeting, quarterly BOM Meeting, and other management sessions as assigned. Handle employee relations matters, including counselling, outplacement support, and exit interviews. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Assist with CKAPS submission and maintain accurate HR and administrative records, including contracts, policies, and legal agreements.
Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Admin or related field. Minimum 5 years' experience in Human Resource and Admin functions, preferably in a healthcare environment. Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices, labor laws and administrative processes. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Positive & pro-active attitude towards work. Able to work independently. Able to handle confidential matters with discretion. Additional Information:
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, Saturday (Alternate)
