Job Description

As the Head of HR, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the company\'s long-term goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, driving a culture of engagement, inclusivity and high performance, and leading organizational change initiatives.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the company\'s goals and objectives
• Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs and develop innovative solutions to HR challenges
• Manage all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance
• Drive a culture of engagement, inclusivity, and high performance across the organization
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate HR records
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, business leaders, and external partners
• Lead organizational change initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement

• Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, including 5 years in a leadership position
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Proven experience in developing and implementing effective HR strategies and initiatives
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically and creatively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Results-oriented and customer-focused
