The Position
In this role, you will
Collaborate with all relevant departments to support the overall organization goals.
Plan and strategize cross department collaboration projects and gain competitive intelligence to provide customers centric solutions and ensure successful implementation.
Optimize resources to support the business towards customer loyalty and market leadership.
Lead product & digital solutions management including product launch, product support, forecast for instrument placement (IP), Marketing Expenses and manage inventory to balance stock holding and sales movement.
Lead a team of Healthcare Consultants with expertise in workflow simulation, lab visualization and Lean methodology.
Support business teams with consulting initiatives and innovation to enhance the value proposition of Roche\xe2\x80\x99s Diagnostics portfolio.
Establish departmental goals and tactics to create a best in class Lab IT, digital solutions and Workflow solutions implementation and support team.
Makes good business decisions and exercises sound judgment. Consistently and effectively balances decisions with imperatives for ethics and efficacy. Able to make difficult \xe2\x80\x9cno-go\xe2\x80\x9d decisions, especially as related to unrealizable paths to sustainable business value.
Consistently achieves multiple tasks and goals on-time, on-target and within-budget.
Support team through field visits, observations and measurement of results to assess team\xe2\x80\x99s performance and drive improvements where necessary.
Who you are
You are someone who are/have:
VACC leadership (Visionary, Architect, Catalyst and Coach) on a level of the business operations, with a focus on day-to-day coaching and mentoring for teams and individual team members
Leadership skills demonstrated as an ability to anticipate and remove barriers to productivity, drive teams towards clear goals, take effective decisions and challenge the status quo
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen together with the ability to manage ambiguity and drive for results
Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills
Ability to think strategically and drive solid results to grow the business

Qualification and Experience
8+ years of marketing or commercial experience in laboratory solutions with customer and user facing experience preferred.
5+ years in people management and leadership skills
Knowledge of IT, LIS, digital and laboratory workflow will be added advantage
Experience with C-level customer engagements and vision selling of Healthcare Solutions and negotiating complex deals & partnerships with customers and partners.
Experience in management of complex projects with ambitious milestones in high pressure circumstances
Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical team members. Understand the intersection between clinical healthcare, technology applications, and trends
