Job Responsibilities:

Investment:
-In charge in developing the strategy, structuring and evaluating the deal, negotiating, and managing the execution of the investment proposal (together with real estate investment, merger and acquisition, strategic partner venture, asset acquisition & monetization, business opportunities, etc.).

-Lead business transactions that will have a significant positive impact on I&AMs operations while ensuring that all relevant transactional factors, such as those involving commercial, financial/financing, tax, legal, compliance, and operational issues, are well covered and taken care of in order to maximize financial return and reduce risks

-Oversee the financial modelling and feasibility research for the investment proposal.

-Oversee the creation of the Investment Proposals presentation deck and approval paper (including but not limited to market research, deal structure, business case analysis, financial analysis, sensitivity analysis, risk assessment, etc.)

-To offer guidance and help to prospects during the creation and negotiation of commercial proposals (especially for Ready-Built Warehouse and Built-to-Suit & Lease/Sale projects under Industrial & Logistic Development ("ILD")

-To deliver counsel and assistance to each I&AM Business Unit ("BU")

Corporate Planning:
-Development of a broad growth strategy or road map

-Coordinate, oversee, and review/fine-tune the I&AM BUs business strategy, annual operating plans, mid-year reviews, etc (contact point between I&AM BUs & Group Corporate Planning & Development Department)

-. Manage I&AM reporting to the Group and oversee its coordination and evaluation (e.g. IAM Quarterly Meeting, GMC, etc.)

-Assessing each BUs main financial and operational performance indicators and suggesting improvement strategies.

Research, Legal & Risk:
-Head up market intelligence and research

-Manage the research activities, including in-depth market/sector outlook study, asset comparable/transaction/deal analysis, rental/sale analysis, competitor analysis, supply-demand analysis, and analysis of a specific target area or country, among others.

-Legal Documentation and Liaising with Internal and External Legal, Especially for ILD BU (EOI, LOO, ATBL, LA/TA & SPA, etc.)

-I&AMs risk coordinator
Requirements
Job Requirements:
-A minimum of Tertiary education in Finance / Investment / Real Estate / Economics / Accounting / Business

-At least 10 years of working experience in Corporate Finance, Investment, Real Estate and / or Strategy / Corporate Planning / Management Consulting

-Professional certification in corporate finance, investments, or real estate is advantageous.

-Expertise in financial modelling and real estate/company valuation
