Our client, an up-and-coming consumer retail company, is looking for an experienced Head of IT/PM to lead and grow their IT and project management team. As the Head of IT, you will have to be familiar with the ins-and-outs of IT systems such as ERP, POS and mobile apps; while having the necessary leadership skills to steer the IT team to become an added value to the business. Job Responsibilities Building a robust IT strategy and digital roadmap for the company while working closely with the senior leadership and external vendor partners. Initiate, lead and/or support IT requirements of the assigned business functions and their delivery in accordance with project goals, time scales and costs. ERP, CRM, POS integration across platforms/technologies for the various lines of business including: stores and in-house. Leading the IT ERP and infrastructure planning for upcoming projects. Job Requirements Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in a senior project management and IT leadership role, preferably in the consumer retail industry. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies. Excellent stakeholder and client management skills, with an ability to communicate effectively and efficiently. Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
