The Role: Head of Key Account Manager, E-commerce

The ideal candidate should be equipped with strong analytical skills, strategic planning skills, and people management experience. You will be leading the team to drive the growth of brands/clients in the E-commerce industry, which ensures success and performance in the online environment.

Responsibility

• To lead the team of Key Accounts, and drive the business across all the regions.
• Manage relationships with the Marketplace category -Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, Brand.com, etc.
• Own overall relationship with assigned brands/categories, which includes the E-commerce KPIs like GMV, Orders, and Traffic.
• Coordinate closely with the digital marketing team and marketplace new developments to keep up with the trends.
• Conduct analysis to monitor the client\'s account growth and performance
• Build the team\'s capabilities to drive results while fostering a positive culture among the team

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in E-commerce, ideally with a platform or with an enabler
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Analytical skills - You will have to handle loads of insights and data!
• Leadership skills - Be ready to lead a team!
• Project management experience
• Advanced Excel/Google Analytics and PowerPoint skills
• Commercial performance-driven mindset, flexible & collaborative attitude
• MUST be able to speak \xe4\xb8\xad\xe6\x96\x87 as the candidate is required to handle other regional stakeholders.
