Job Description


As the Senior Key Account Executive, you will be reporting directly to the Manager, eCommerce based in Petaling Jaya and will be expected to drive strategic planning and key account management for the FMCG business unit.

Among the many responsibilities, some are as follows:

  • Developing and maintaining meaningful business rapport with key clients for sustainable business growth
  • Planning and executing merchandising and promotional campaigns for the online channel
  • Ensuring the brands\' growth and annual brand plans are in place with key accounts
  • Managing the stock fulfilment rate and maintenance of promotion price on SAP with all clients
  • Responsible for sales achievements and performance vs A&P budget
  • Executing trade claims recovery from clients within the contractual terms
  • Analyzing trade returns and developing action plans to drive down returns or errors in delivery
  • Assisting in financial reconciliation supervision (accounts receivable and accounts payable)
  • Overseeing strategic projects like marketing and media planning across various platforms like Onsite Ads, CPAS, SEO etc
Contribute to growth & expansion of FMCG in the fast-paced eCommerce sector|Be a part of an established MNC that specializes in market expansion & eCommerce

The successful candidate will be confident in growing the business and steering the company to the most profitable position while implementing its vision, mission, and long-term goals. Having a keen eye towards key account management and analytics is critical and must also possess the following competencies:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Economics or relevant fields with a minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role for an eCommerce platform, brand or distributor
  • Prior experience in eCommerce or online fulfilment operations related to logistics is an added advantage
  • Management consultancy experience and familiarity with SAP are also plus points
  • Digitally-savvy with a strong passion for E-Commerce and business acumen
  • Entrepreneurial mindset that is driven, flexible and hungry for growth
  • Robust commercial and negotiation skills to deal with principal brands
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills with a strong command of English, Mandarin & Bahasa
  • Ability to work independently and in a team effectively while being a critical thinker and problem solver
