An exciting Senior Key Account Executive (Lux Retail) job has just become available at one of the most respected global wholesale firms based in Malaysia. Reporting directly to the Key Account Manager, this is a role for a sales person who is a leader in their field. About the Senior Key Account Executive (Lux Retail) Role:
In the Senior Key Account Executive (Lux Retail) role, you will be accountable for driving the incremental revenues and new business sales. You are mainly responsible for growing sustainable wholesale sales with our key account customers for the multi-brand portfolio in Malaysia, ultimately strengthening our market share and trade visibility. Key Responsibilities:
  • Key Account Strategy: Develop key accounts sales strategies by category to achieve sales goals, build joint business plans aligning to customer needs. This role will work with the key accounts to execute initiatives and work on collaborations to push categories success
  • Product Presentation: Present and showcase product and sales strategies on the features and benefits to the key accounts
  • Sell-in Achievement: Manage product categories to maximise revenue and company?s objective through sales action plan
  • Forecast and Analysis: Forecast weekly sales and for all special projects; provides analysis of sales trend, inventory, marketing initiatives and merchandising presentations
  • In-store Maximisation: Work closely with trade marketing team to maximise in-store presence and coordinate needs with key account marketing team, inclusive of advertised images and POP needed for accounts based on their sell-in commitment
  • Competitive intelligence: Keep abreast with market conditions, competitor activities, advertising, and promotional trends
To succeed in this Senior Key Account Executive (Lux Retail) job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix. Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor?s degree in any business-related field
  • Three or more years of experience in sales account management or any business development role in the optical industry (preferred)
  • Strong analytic skills with a good understanding of optical retail business
  • Familiar with Microsoft Words, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Able to travel within Malaysia
