Location: Menara Suez Cap, Kerinchi, Kuala Lumpur An established Licensed Finance company is looking for Head of Loan Recovery Manager. : \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and guide subordinates for high success rate on KPI. \xe2\x80\xa2 Keep track of assigned accounts to identify collectables outstanding debts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan course of action to recover outstanding old debts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Negotiate payoff datelines or payment plans. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle question or complaints. \xe2\x80\xa2 Investigate and resolved discrepancies in payment or accounts. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Microsoft Office and database software skill experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Negotiation and conflict skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of relevant legal requirement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attention to details person. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience sourcing uncontactable customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 More than 10 years working experience in collection & debt recovery. \xe2\x80\xa2 Languages: able to speak English, Chinese & Malay.
