Job Description

The Head of Marketing will lead digital and customer engagement initiatives, driving campaigns, loyalty programs, and retention strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer lifetime value. This role combines marketing strategy, CRM, and content management to deliver impactful, data-driven customer experiences across multiple channels.
As a Head of Marketing, you will be developing and executing marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across retail and digital channels. Also:

  • Leading loyalty and CRM programs to strengthen customer relationships and enhance lifetime value.
  • Overseeing campaign planning, creative direction, and performance optimisation across paid, owned, and earned media.
