For more information visit www.foodpanda.my About the role We are looking to hire a Head of Marketing, to manage marketing efforts of the organization\'s food vertical here in Malaysia, and be part of a team with highly talented and motivated marketers. The role will lead our diverse and smart marketing team and will be responsible for all marketing and growth metrics. The incumbent will define and spearhead company-wide growth strategies together with the local team and regional team. Responsibilities: Craft strategies for the marketing team, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creatives. Plan and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual brand and online budgets for the Marketing team Monitor, and analyze all marketing performance KPI and how they attribute in terms to Orders and Brand Health. Identify opportunities to reach new market segments to drive acquisitions and expand market share. Work with the Commercial team to develop pricing strategies to maximize efficiency and market share. Collaborate with the Regional Marketing team and external partners towards achieving business objectives. Continuously optimize platform communications and media channels, and roll out radical marketing campaign ideas, be it CRM, digital, social, offline and through partnerships/ collaborations Requirements: Seasoned marketer with Marketing and Growth leadership role in VC-backed consumer startup or experience in growing brand/ business in the e-commerce and/or FMCG industry Inspiring leader: proven track record of managing and building teams Highly analytical & numbers-driven, leverage data to make informed decisions to drive key objectives Alchemist: you constantly run growth experiments in a highly structured and organized way Passionate about brands: metrics driven with a deep understanding of branding Product marketing expertise in the web technology sector and the ability to contribute at strategic, operational, and tactical levels Has excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills. Has the ability to set priorities, problem-solve, multi-task, and work well independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace Creativity and innovation, ability to think out of the box and conceptualize creative campaigns that can drive positive brand awareness. Experience in managing P&L responsibility in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
