Job Description

A Head of Marketing is required in a strongly growing local retailer specialising in health and wellness. With major expansion plans for the business, this is a key lead role to manage a team and drive key marketing strategies pertaining brand awareness, market equity and brand affinity.

• With an entrepreneurial mindset, you are responsible over the strategic development of marketing plans to drive profitability, brand awareness, traction and market share.
• Responsible over A&P budgets with the objective to yield maximum ROI while being resourceful and commercial.
• Integrate marketing functions across ATL, BTL, PR, marcomms, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce and retail marketing. Besides a good understanding on omnichannel marketing, driving footfall and conversion to brick-and-mortar stores is necessary.
• Strong knowledge in growing ecommerce performance from a marketing perspective.
• Able to keep the momentum of brand growth and store expansions.
• Sensitive to insights, competitor activities, retail trends to enhance brand relevance and consumer experience.
• Besides managing a large team, strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders are necessary.
