Monitor website performance, analyze data, and implement tactics to drive organic and paid traffic.5. Trend Monitoring and Implementation: Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends, technologies, and consumer behaviors. Incorporate innovative marketing techniques and emerging platforms to reach target audiences and differentiate the hotel in the market.6. Revenue Generation: Develop and implement promotional campaigns, packages, and pricing strategies in collaboration with the sales team to maximize revenue from room bookings, food and beverage sales, and other revenue streams.7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to create integrated rooms and food & beverage packages that appeal to target market segments. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.8. Event Support: Provide hands-on support during events, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
