Responsible for all marketing aspects of all new and existing products and services for the Malaysian market as well as other markets managed by the Malaysian team
Develop and implement marketing strategies for new and existing services and/or products.
Lead the Digital Marketing and Social Selling governance committee to ensure that Digital Transformation projects are completed on time.
Ensure that all branding guidelines are followed.
Collaborate with the Head of Customer Relations to nurture existing clients.
Manage the budget, work schedule, and resource planning, including the development and management of marketing budget, profit/loss projections, spending, and other financial considerations.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis, as well as analyse campaign results and consumer trends and develop strategies to help the company grow.
Analyze return on investment of marketing initiatives and develop solutions for improvement.
Requirement
Degree in marketing and/or preferably holds a post-graduate certificate in Digital Marketing conferred by the Digital Marketing Institute (Ireland) or the Digital Marketing Academy UK or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in a managerial position and familiar with consumer marketing with experience in demand generation.
Those with experience in the healthcare industry such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices or consumer healthcare will have an advantage.
Experience in all aspects of marketing.
Proficient in digital marketing, in particular SEO and SEM.
Highly driven and result oriented.
Excellent communications, management and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and multi-task
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak, read and write Mandarin is an advantage.
Willing to travel
