• Responsible for all marketing aspects of all new and existing products and services for the Malaysian market as well as other markets managed by the Malaysian team
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for new and existing services and/or products.
• Lead the Digital Marketing and Social Selling governance committee to ensure that Digital Transformation projects are completed on time.
• Ensure that all branding guidelines are followed.
• Collaborate with the Head of Customer Relations to nurture existing clients.
• Manage the budget, work schedule, and resource planning, including the development and management of marketing budget, profit/loss projections, spending, and other financial considerations.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis, as well as analyse campaign results and consumer trends and develop strategies to help the company grow.
• Analyze return on investment of marketing initiatives and develop solutions for improvement.

• Degree in marketing and/or preferably holds a post-graduate certificate in Digital Marketing conferred by the Digital Marketing Institute (Ireland) or the Digital Marketing Academy UK or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in a managerial position and familiar with consumer marketing with experience in demand generation.
• Those with experience in the healthcare industry such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices or consumer healthcare will have an advantage.
• Experience in all aspects of marketing.
• Proficient in digital marketing, in particular SEO and SEM.
• Highly driven and result oriented.
• Excellent communications, management and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and multi-task
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak, read and write Mandarin is an advantage.
