We are looking for a creative and driven Head of Marketing to build OOO Interactive marketing strategy. As OOO Interactive's Head of Marketing, you will be a key member of the executive team, report to the companys CGO, and manage the marketing, communications, and brand responsibilities of the company. • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy encompassing PR, branding, performance marketing, content, and community engagement
• Oversee all marketing operations and activities, ensuring they align with our company vision, mission, and goals
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging content and effective campaigns across multiple channels
• Leverage web3 technologies, blockchain communities, and other innovative platforms to reach our target audience
• Measure and analyze performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize marketing campaigns accordingly
• Foster a culture of innovation, testing, and high-performance in the marketing team
• Act as the brand guardian to ensure all communications adhere to brand guidelines
• Agency identification, onboarding and management as needed
• Hands-on, must develop actionable, data-driven insights to execute successfully

Requirements:

• 8 + years of experience in marketing and/or growth marketing, preferably in the tech or blockchain industry
• Extensive understanding of Google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Discord, and TikTok ecosystems and how marketers can use tools, data, and operations to maximize performance success
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools like Google Analytics
• Solid understanding of web3 technologies and the blockchain ecosystem
• Proficiency in performance marketing and understanding of key marketing metrics
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strategic mindset with the ability to make informed decisions
• Passionate about OOO Interactive\' mission to redefine social media

Bonus points if:

• Experience working in a startup environment
• Familiarity with social or gamified platforms
• Experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain or technology space
• Have additional experience in project management, business development, or entrepreneurship
• Youve lived or worked abroad at some point in your career
• You can speak more than one language fluently
• Youre curious and tenacious, with an infectiously positive attitude and an unwavering commitment to being successful
