• Develop new venture strategy and roadmap.

• Maximizing the value of the Company\xe2\x80\x99s resources to create incremental returns to the Company.
• Diversify the Company\xe2\x80\x99s income streams through partnerships, investments or building new ventures.
• Lead in planning and managing the development phase of new ventures.
• Oversee the implementation and operation phase of new ventures.
• Drive result-oriented engagement with investors and diverse stakeholders from the Innovation ecosystem.
• Develop investment strategy and assess investment opportunities that are strategic to the company.
