Open Position: Head of Office Renovation, Contract (MNC IT Company)
A MNC IT Company is looking for Head of Office Renovation in a contract role to be based in their office in Kuala Lumpur.
Key requirements:
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for planning for new space to cater for increasing headcount of up to 1000 employee.
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for overseeing renovation and moving in of new office space.
\xc2\xb7 Work with contractors and designers on design of the new space.
\xc2\xb7 Work with stakeholders to determine best design to cater for needs of employees.
\xc2\xb7 Property management activities after moving in.
\xc2\xb7 More than 10 years as Head of Renovation or Project delivering best in class office space.
\xc2\xb7 Renovation and construction in office buildings experience is a must.
\xc2\xb7 Able to manage budgets and manage uncertainties in the project.
\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills and excellent spoken and written English.
