Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to take on the role of Head of Office Tower for our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the office tower\'s operations, management, leasing, and tenant relations. Team Leadership and Development: Build and lead a high-performing team of professionals responsible for various aspects of office tower operations, leasing, and management. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including tenants, investors, regulatory authorities, and community organizations. Represent the office tower at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote its reputation and leasing opportunities. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus. Proven experience in property management, leasing, or real estate development, with at least 6 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of commercial real estate leasing practices, market trends, and financial analysis. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse team effectively. Proficiency in property management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and financial modeling tools.
