The Head of Off-Take & Marketing leads all commercial and operational activities related to product sales, off-take management, customer relationships, and market development. The role ensures full compliance with "take-or-pay" contracts, drives product marketing strategies, and oversees regional sales and logistics operations to maximise profitability and customer satisfaction.
This position directly manages the Regional Sales Managers and the Supply Chain, Logistics & Terminal Usage team, ensuring seamless integration between sales, marketing, and operational execution.
Qualifications & Experience
12-18 years of experience in off-take management, marketing, or sales within the petrochemical, oil & gas, or energy trading sectors.
Proven expertise in managing take-or-pay agreements, customer portfolios, and market development strategies.
Strong understanding of petrochemical product markets, pricing mechanisms, and trading operations.
Familiarity with Linear Programming (LP) optimisation and its impact on production planning and marketing strategies.
Experience leading multi-regional teams across sales, logistics, and marketing functions.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Marketing; Master's or MBA preferred.
