Job Description


  • Oversees the efficient management of multiple locations, ensuring consistent quality and service standards across the brand.
  • Strategic planning, staff training, inventory control, and implementing operational procedures to drive profitability and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Overseeing daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistent quality, adherence to standards, and efficient service.
  • Recruiting, training, and managing staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high levels of customer service.
  • Managing inventory levels, supplier relationships, and procurement to ensure the availability of fresh ingredients and minimize waste.
  • Implementing and monitoring quality control measures to maintain the authenticity and high standards of the food and other menu items.
  • Monitoring financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing sales data to drive profitability and manage costs.
  • Enhancing the customer experience by addressing feedback, implementing improvements, and ensuring a consistent and satisfying product.
  • Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all locations to provide a safe and compliant dining environment.

  • At least 4-6 years of experience in managing F&B operations.
  • Extensive experience in restaurant management, ideally with multiple locations.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and manage staff effectively.
  • Expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Strong background in inventory management and supply chain coordination.
  • In-depth understanding of operational procedures and quality assurance.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic planning skills.
  • Passion for maintaining high standards of customer service and product quality.
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly with chain operations, is highly advantageous.
