The Role: The primary role of a 2Stallions Head of Performance is to develop the best strategies and management of all areas of digital performance on assigned clients, manage and develop the team and act as an escalation point as required. You must be a team player and be comfortable working with people from different cultures. Strong in analysing performance metrics and attribution and be laser-focused on delivering on clients\' business objectives and positive ROIs for campaigns. The successful candidate should be able to learn, lead and mentor existing and new team members. Be autonomous and able to make decisions in the best interest of our company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategy and Planning Develop and implement performance marketing strategies aligned with agency and client goals. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, content & social, development) to ensure integrated marketing efforts. Drive revenue growth by actively identifying and pursuing upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients. Develop and implement strategic workforce planning to ensure optimal staffing levels and attract top talent through collaboration with HR. Contribute actively to internal marketing initiatives, generating a consistent flow of qualified leads for the agency. 2. Campaign Management Accountable for projects across performance marketing channels, including SEO, digital advertising, analytics, and marketing automation. Oversee all aspects of campaign planning, execution, and optimization. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement A/B testing to continuously improve results. Manage ad spend across clients and ensure accurate invoicing. 3. Team Leadership Lead and motivate a team of performance marketing specialists. Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members to develop their skills and knowledge. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. 4. Client Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding performance-related matters. Maintain strong client relationships and communicate regularly to ensure satisfaction and retention. Present regular performance reports and insights to clients. Address any client concerns regarding KPI setting, recommendations, and project progress. Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills. Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
