Job Description
Responsible for to lead and provide insights on various predetermined investment strategy to meet the organization investment and development (in Real Estate) objectives. Key duties and responsibilities may includes (not limited to): 1. Creating and implementing tools for financial/investment analysis and modelling to drive new development and asset growth 2. Preparing reports and recommendations on capital management 3. Analyse and reckon the companies\' investment and financial strategies such as bonds, security manuals, financial statements, new business, economic reports, and other periodicals investment 4. Preparing and analyzing the company or client buisness portfolios performance and output 5. Preparing analytical reports on the company and industry outlook, providing briefing notes and corespondences for management decision
