Job description
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Own, develop, and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Lead the agile product squad as Product Owner to deliver the product build road map and support business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build amazing experiences for end users and address customer pain points.
- Conduct research, testing, and analysis to drive decision-making and ensure the product remains competitive.
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development, while ensuring the team has adequate prepared stories.
- Manage product budget, document processes, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Bachelor\'s degree in IT, Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in building and managing complex digital platforms and products.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles.
- Good technical understanding of architecture, analysis, and design.
- Enterpreneur mindset and able to work in fast pace environment.
- Effective communication in English and Bahasa Melayu, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
