Executive Recruitment Firm, Monroe Consulting is working with a Fintech Company looking for a Head of Product who is highly driven and motivated to develop exciting financial products and services.

What you\'ll do:

• Strategic planning and management of the entire product portfolio
• Develop and execute the product strategy for the organisation in collaboration with the leadership team.
• Lead the development of new products and enhancement of existing products from the start to end of the product lifecycle.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market opportunities.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and industry stakeholders.
• Define, monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance. Manage and mentor the product team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• 8-10 years of experience in digital/product management, with a minimum of 5 years in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of the fintech and financial services industry, including trends and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated success in developing and launching products. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance technical and business considerations
