Role:

• Lead the product strategy and road map to build value-adding features for end users.
• Build and expand the existing EdTech platform (1 year old), incorporating better data capture & A.I driven user insights.
• Lead the ideation, research, design, development and launch of a new product features.
• Utilise quantitative data on user behaviour to improve engagement rates, learning outcomes and course completions rates.
• Understand and anticipate what our customers need and draw inspiration from competitors and other industries to bring new ideas.

Must have:

• 8+ years in Product Management
• Experience launching products from 0-1
• Experience wearing multiple hats in a startup setting - Hands on!
• Experience with UAT processes and bug tracking tools
• Regional experience (product localisation)

Nice to have / Bonus:

• UX experience
• Leading a small team
• Experience in industries such as SaaS, EdTech, Education, Media, Publishing, E-com, Tech (or scaling companies)

Location:

• Hybrid - 2 days office - based in KL.

Level / Grade:

• This is a hands on Product role with a wide scope of responsibility.
• Reporting to the CEO you will provide commercial advice on the product direction and strategy, working closely with the sales & engineering team.
• Leading a team of 3: Product Manager/Designer and UI/UX
