: * Ensure the robustness of COE's FCC controls. This includes but is not limited to leading QA reviews on name screenings and transactions monitoring with a view to ensure that the Group's FCC controls are adequately implemented a : Ensure the robustness of COE's FCC controls. This includes but is not limited to leading QA reviews on name screenings and transactions monitoring with a view to ensure that the Group's FCC controls are adequately implemented and adheres to both regulatory expectations and Group's AML/CFT Policies & Procedures. Support the Head, Group Policy, and Training in conducting risk assessments on COE's key FCC functions for QA coverage. Provide guidance and advice on AML controls areas by identifying material gaps and deficiencies in existing AML/CFT procedures and controls and recommending practical solutions to mitigate ML/TF risk exposures. Review of QA's procedures where an appropriate methodology will be consistently applied towards assessing ML/TL risks unique to COE's context, while ensuring that the GFCC's QA practice remains relevant in mitigating emerging risks. Prepare and submit management information reports arising from QA reviews. Escalate and highlight significant issues where appropriate. Maintain close working relationship with OCBC Group's internal and external stakeholders in the areas of quality assurance, audit, compliance testing and risk calibration. Prepare training materials, deliver AML/FCC training, and share knowledge with team members. Lead AML/CFT-focused reviews or other ad-hoc projects when required. Qualifications Degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the AML/CFT compliance QA function. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of AML/CFT requirements. Deep analytical skills and strong risk acumen to identify material ML/TF gaps and red flags. Ability to exercise sound judgement and articulate well-evaluated risk-mitigation recommendations. Prior experience in AML quality assurance reviews on name screening and transaction monitoring is preferred.
