RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead a team of Quality Team and was responsible for overall manufacturing quality function and compliance.
Directs workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, and products.
Define and develop quality control plans through FMEA, identify critical control points and preventive measures;
Responsible to realize the full potential of existing business and safeguard future opportunities through balancing of people and technology focus within the disciplines of Quality and Safety.
Monitoring compliance with all statutory and Company regulations and standards relating to the maintenance, overhaul, repair, modification and inspection of solar energy equipment and components are complied with and adhered to, and that any such work undertaken by the Company is carried out to approved and acceptable standards.
Responsible for establishing feedback from maintenance incidents / issues and feeding these back into the continuation training programme.
Committing to the development and implementation of the quality management system and continually improve its effectiveness by:
implementing the quality policy and its intent
monitoring that quality objectives are used as a reference for achievement by the division
involving in management reviews to ensure that the QMS system is suitable, effective and adequate, and;
demonstrating the knowledge of QMS activities and ensuring the availability of resources.
Assessing providers of materials, standard parts, components and contracted organisation for satisfactory product quality in relation to the needs of the organisation.
