Client Background: Electrical/Instruments/Control Panel Industry : Manufacturing Location: Melaka Headcount: 1 Position Title : Head of R&D Tenure: Permanent Remuneration: RM9,000 - RM12,000 : Responsible for in-time and cost-efficient development of machines according to technical specification Ensure projects are completed in time, formulate and execute a medium-term plan in line with the corporate direction Explore new technology and keep abreast on recent developments in the marker and able to think of creative ways to market the products Work closely with the local team and regional team in strategic planning Coordinate between operation and procurement throughout the project cycle Impart product knowledge to staffs, train, develop, motivate and direct supervise the performance of the R&D team Other tasks assigned by superior Requirements: Strong background in R&D semiconductor / Robotic Automation industry Profound technical education with business management High competency to confer and able to work in teams
