Head of Regional Charging Point Network

KL, Malaysia

Our Client is a high profile organisation providing clean energy solutions across Asia Pacific. As part of their drive to assist with the world's sustainability energy need, the Green Mobility sector of the business requires a Department Head of Regional Charging Point Networks.

Reporting Directly to the COO of Green Mobility, this role will ensure the Charging Point Network and Regional Fleet is functionally organized and focused on technical and operations. This will include build engineering together with Operations & Maintenance to ensure the continuous operation and troubleshooting of network. Also included will be vehicle fleet (including onboarding, maintenance and performance).

• Operational Strategy

The successful individual will oversee operational strategy and have:

• Extensive experience in driving operational strategy development and roll out within an early stage business setting

• Demonstrable experience in leading strategic conversations with senior stakeholders, including deliberations of options and trade offs

• Strong business acumen with keen eye for value, demonstrated by experience in developing and executing business plans

• Experience in conducting external market scans, benchmarking and assessment of competitive position with clear recommendation on strategic actions

• Clear communication skills

• Knowledge on clean energy industry, including but not limited to markets, competitors, customers, and value drivers are bonus

Preferred but not essential skillsets include:

• Technical experience of Charging Points.

• Experience in Operations & Maintenance within CP Network
