Be Our Head of Retail Sales & Operations As the Head of Retail Sales & Operations, dive into a role where you shape sales success, orchestrate seamless store operations, craft strategic campaigns, and masterfully balance online and offline dynamics, all within the framework of compliance and continuous improvement. Who Are We CompAsia is a digital and technology company that provides end-to-end solutions for certified pre-owned devices focusing on the mobile phone life-cycle value chain. Our focus is on delivering a mobile phone lifecycle experience not limited to Trading, Financing and Insurance. What Role Will You Play in Shaping CompAsia\'s Future Accountable for the performance & achievement of KPI for the overall retail stores and ensure sales targets are achieved. Managed, plan daily operations from assigning duties, training, in store marketing, HR mgmt which includes hiring and on-boarding of new employees. Owned and support on-going learning & development of team members by providing direct feedback, coaching and addressing performance concerns whenever there are gaps. Plan, negotiate and execute key campaigns with the mall mgmt, and local community within the areas and cut across to various key segments (Ent, Consumer, Partnership collaboration) to drive traffic and revenue to the stores. Contribute and oversee planning on the on-line to off-line strategy and execution of content across the websites and online marketing campaigns to ensure all efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of all web content publishing. This also includes consistently reviewing store visual with the company guidelines and initiatives. Review business data and metrics to evaluate progress towards goals and determine, if necessary, adjustments are required. Plans and strategize by area, cluster new stores opening by using data driven metrics Vs understanding of the local segments and ability to forecast future key metrics made available. To have solid operational framework from sales floor productivity, day to day store checklist for compliance and performance of work in accordance with policies, procedures, and guidelines Responsible for collaborating with cross-functional departments to manage all aspects of programs including business planning, promotional campaigns, content strategies and development. Serve as a liaison and primary point of contact within the company for cross functional partners acting as a project manager to evaluate, prioritize, develop and deploy programs. Managed and track transactional information to ensure accurate sales Vs forecast on a daily, monthly and quarterly basic. What Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role At least 5 Year(s) of Retail Management experience Inclusive and Diversity - Able to create/support an inclusive environment that value/celebrate differences.
