Manage the overall sales strategy of the company, develop tyre, lubricant and battery business distributions in local country, sell the company's authorized brand products, and achieve the sales targets.
Manage existing dealers and business, maintain and grow customer relationships, expand the range of sales products, and improve sales performance.
Monitor and analyze local market customer needs, regulatory requirements, and future development trends. Track important initiatives and activities related to production, sales, and marketing of relevant brands in the corresponding market.
Manage demand forecasting, collaborate with supply chain department to ensure timely delivery.
Responsible for managing customer accounts and contracts.
Qualifications:
Experience in developing dealers and product sales
Familiar with mainstream automotive products and market competition , understanding of products, design requirements, and main technical features.
Strong communication skills; able to converse effectively liaise with local-speaking dealers and stakeholders
