Featured Head of Sourcing (Telco) Responsibilities Job description Procurement Strategy Development: Formulate and execute a comprehensive sourcing strategy aligned with the division\'s goals and objectives. Vendor Management: Assess potential vendors, negotiate contracts, and establish enduring partnerships with key suppliers. Monitor vendor performance to ensure adherence to contractual obligations, quality benchmarks, and delivery schedules. Cost Management Responsibilities: Drive cost reduction initiatives through efficient negotiation tactics, vendor consolidation, and value optimization. Monitor market trends, assess pricing models, and implement cost-efficient sourcing approaches while upholding quality standards. End-to-End Contract Administration: Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle in the Network domain, aligning with divisional plans. Supplier Performance Assessment: Establish performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for supplier evaluation. Conduct periodic assessments, review SLAs, and provide feedback to suppliers for continuous enhancement. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholder to understand sourcing needs, provide guidance on best practices, and align strategies Requirements Degree in Accounting / Telecoms / Computer Science Minimum 10 years of experience in the Telecommunications Industry Comprehensive understanding of the entire Network ecosystem, including cost drivers and deliverables. Proficient in financial data analysis, expense forecasting, and financial reporting. Experience collaborating with stakeholders/SMEs to gather crucial input and insights on operational requirements.
