• Procurement Strategy Development: Formulate and execute a comprehensive sourcing strategy aligned with the division\'s goals and objectives.
• Vendor Management: Assess potential vendors, negotiate contracts, and establish enduring partnerships with key suppliers. Monitor vendor performance to ensure adherence to contractual obligations, quality benchmarks, and delivery schedules.
• Cost Management Responsibilities: Drive cost reduction initiatives through efficient negotiation tactics, vendor consolidation, and value optimization. Monitor market trends, assess pricing models, and implement cost-efficient sourcing approaches while upholding quality standards.
• End-to-End Contract Administration: Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle in the Network domain, aligning with divisional plans.
• Supplier Performance Assessment: Establish performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for supplier evaluation. Conduct periodic assessments, review SLAs, and provide feedback to suppliers for continuous enhancement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholder to understand sourcing needs, provide guidance on best practices, and align strategies

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting / Telecoms / Computer Science
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Telecommunications Industry
• Comprehensive understanding of the entire Network ecosystem, including cost drivers and deliverables.
• Proficient in financial data analysis, expense forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders/SMEs to gather crucial input and insights on operational requirements.
• Ongoing analysis of financial performance against budgeted targets, identifying variances, investigating causes, and providing actionable insights
