Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for shaping and executing the digital strategy that empowers clients to thrive and grow in a digital-first world.
• Develop and lead the execution of digital strategies tailored to the unique needs and goals of clients.
• Stay current with digital trends and market developments, and conduct research to identify opportunities for clients.
• Lead a team of digital strategists, web developers, and other experts to implement strategies effectively.
• Utilize data analytics to measure the success of digital strategies and make data-driven adjustments as necessary.
• Develop and manage budgets for digital projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and design, to ensure seamless implementation of digital strategies.
• Ensure that all digital strategies comply with industry regulations and data security standards.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Technology, IT, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 10 years experience in developing and implementing successful tech / digital strategies in ecommerce platform.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, data analytics, and project management software.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital technologies, a passion for innovation, and the ability to drive business results through effective digital strategies.
