As Head of Technical Customer Service, you are responsible for strategic planning and execution of customer service operations in Malaysia for PLT (Passenger and Light Truck Tires) and TT (Truck Tires) products & services while also supporting APAC Export Markets for TT (Truck Tires) by leading the customer service team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible for overall warranty handling & processing in Malaysia with respect to customer satisfaction and the business goals of the company.
2. Responsible to ensure development of customer service function to be inline with sales & market requirements.
3. Responsible for technical product services to support Sales and Marketing in the area of Product Performance Monitoring, and field customer technical support.
4. Responsible for ensuring technical training & development to customers
5. Responsible on product quality monitoring, and active monitoring & improvement actions to plant for both TT & PLT
Qualifications
Education: Engineering degree or equivalent education
Experience: 8-15 years of experience in the area of customer service/after sales services with at least 5 years of experience in leading teams. Background in Tire/automotive industry and international work culture is added advantage
Language: Fluent in English language and local language
