An interesting Head of Transformation job has become available at one of the financial institutions based in Kuala Lumpur.

About the Head of Transformation Role:
In this role, you will lead a multi-year transformation of the organisation with a focus on delivering value to all our customers while accelerating the speed to market for the delivery of services.

Key Requirements:

• This is a new role in the organisation where the leader will be accountable for partnering with multiple leadership stakeholders across the firm to support growth objectives and implement transformational initiatives
• Execute an integrated approach to identify, prioritise, and successfully execute a global portfolio of complex programmes. This position will have ownership over the process of coordination and execution on various target state operating models
• Lead planning and execution of change initiatives. Play a lead role in evolving change programme capabilities and communicate with senior stakeholders to ensure Initiative scope and approach meets business objectives
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the C-suites and business leads in how best to plan and execute a portfolio of change
• Partner with business, technology, operations, risk and other key stakeholders on the planning, execution, management, and resourcing of business line specific, managing project plans, dependencies, issues, and risks
• Oversee and design the approaches necessary to drive multiple programs of work to a successful conclusion
• Ensure alignment to both functional area goals and to cross-enterprise transformational objectives

To succeed in this Head of Transformation role, you will need experience in leading transformation in banking, experience working in an agile environment and implementing change through a combination of direct initiatives (own team leading) as well as through indirect influencing of other senior leaders.

Key Requirements:

• At least 16 years' overall experience with ast least five years of transformation of a banking organisation, and strategy transformation
• Experience leading large change programmes of work including transformation involving people, process, operating models, technology and ways of working
• Communicating and influencing across organisational contexts and driving long term behavioural change
• Hands-on experience leading agile environments and delivering outcomes iteratively focused on value to the customer
• Evidence of continual improvement and self-investment (e.g. training, education, secondment into new areas)
