• Familiar with the retails Industry and fashion and accessories is advantage.
• Must be able to speak and read mandarin.
• Strong understanding of warehouse system Qian Yi & Xillnex.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases. \'
• Strong decision making and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels of staff.
• Leadership skills and ability manage staff.
• Ability to multitask, organized, good time management & negotiation skills.
• Able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company\'s policies and vision.
• Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals.
• Provide the training and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short and long terms performance goals.
• Continuously seek ways to improve warehouse processes and operations through the adoption of new technologies and best practices.
• Schedule and oversee warehouse team to meet the demands of the fulfilment center, and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.
• Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service.
• Meet regularly with warehouse leads to review, analyze, and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention.
• Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure products are shipped in timely manner.
• Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with executive management and other team leads.
