Role Responsibilities

To lead and work with team members to achieve service excellence of WM processes / system implementation in supporting WM product team. Provide advisory support on regulatory and group guidelines. Provide governance oversight and support pertaining to all WM processes to WM, COO Malaysia.

  • Provide oversight pertaining to compliance to overall governance framework of Wealth Management Products / Services
Regulatory & Business Conduct *
  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the
. * Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Lead the WM P&P team Malaysia to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s Conduct Principles: Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
  • Regulatory bodies include but not limited to PRA, MAS, BNM, SC, FIMM, LIAM, MTA.

Qualifications*

Training, licenses, memberships and certifications
