Job Responsibilities: Lead, plan and execute overall Wealth Segment Strategy Manage Wealth Marketing E2E: Segment Marketing, Wealth Management, Bancassurance, Deposits/CASA, Client events, Priority/Branch Centre client activities. Lead and transform Sales Performance Management function as a strategic unit emphasizing on building a sustainable and optimized sales model via analytics and data management. Develop and custodian of digital strategy roadmap, prioritizes and timelines high impact digital initiatives for Wealth Align Wealth Marketing Strategy and Planning with Segment Proposition and Distribution Teams. Support sales channel in campaign related, provide support to strengthen PB Distribution. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with support teams eg: Operations, Project Management, Finance, Legal and Compliance etc Plan and execute key voice-of-Customer initiatives through the proposition and ensure alignment of proposition goals. Plan and execute Client Onboarding journeys from targeted marketing to personalized interactions. Direct accountability for Segment Strategy, Proposition and Customer Experience-design Collaborate, plan and execute with Wealth Distribution Team to achieve New Business, Deposits, AUM, Wealth Revenue and retention goals. Plan and execute Customer Wealth and Advisory Solutioning as a competitive positioning - Risk First Approach Positioning Develop advertising and marketing initiatives for Wealth Segments and Digital. Application of analytics and data in marketing initiatives with test and learns. Plan and execute nationwide Wealth-related initiatives, Digital Marketing capabilities and Segment Events Job Requirements: Malaysian citizen Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. At least 15 years of relevant banking, segmentation and sales performance management experience At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in Wealth Management segment marketing, effective micro marketing management and wealth events. Proven track record of accomplishments as a people manager within the Wealth business Excellent commercial acumen, strategic & forward thinking, strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Leadership skills - able to lead a large diverse team, and foster strong teamwork within Regional Wealth Management Team and build cross functional relationship with other teams.
