: Performance analysis: You will be in charge of analyzing the weekly KPIs results of Service Points operations and growth strategy. Performance reporting and accountability: Own and maintain metrics dashboards and reporting cadences, ensuring key stakeholders always have the right information in front of them to champion data-driven decisions Prepare content for regular business meetings. Structure and automate: You will help to devise and implement routines, checks and balances and operational processes to cope with a fast growing strategy. Assess new opportunities for Service Points expansion: help to plan, build and launch engage with a team of cross functional team members to execute. Requirements: Graduated or enrolled in a Bachelor\'s degree program. Intermediate proficiency in English. Knowledge with manipulation of data sets with strong quantitative skills using Excel/Google Sheets. SQL experience is a plus. Detail orientation: You have high standards for everything you do, and dig into the details to assure that your output consistently meets a high bar. A bias for data: You naturally take a scientific and highly analytical approach to everything you do. You love measuring things, and have a strong intuition for whipping it into an insightful story with no help. You know how to leverage data to make decisions and drive growth and marketing decisions.
