Lead diverse projects of varying complexity, taking the customer from "deal won" through to "live" operation, working closely with Sales, Product Management, Client Service, IT and Operations partners to enable Business Strategy and facilitate revenue growth
Expected to partner and support GTB Sales to structure accounts and solutions for clients that meet client's business requirements
Participate in client management and Sales/RFP opportunities on complex working capital management solutions
Expected to implement using structured project management tools & techniques while managing multiple client projects simultaneously to ensure customer solutions are implemented on time and within SLAs
All deals must be diligently log into the deal tracker and demonstrate strong discipline to follow up with stakeholders ensuring deals implementation are progressing smoothly and within timeline
Responsible for managing client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, thorough communication and customer training
Arrange with IT and clients to conduct system testing prior to go live
Handhold clients on 1st live transaction and continue to monitor the volume until ramp up within the first few months
Supports Strategic Business Units & GTB Sales staff when technical expertise is required on electronic banking products and solutions, training and support
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneously
Be aware of other regional service and implementation activity and partner as appropriate
Ad-hoc projects like system migration or new system deployment may be assigned to this role and incumbent is expected to lead and support such ad-hoc project
