Job Description

Oversee workplace repair, installations, and any other work that could harm employees\xe2\x80\x99 safety. Monitor work processes and procedures to identify unsafe practices or breach of safety regulations Identify process bottlenecks and offer timely solutions. Plan and implement OSH policies and programs for ISO 9001, ISO 45001 , and ISO 14001 Develop and implement safety, procedures, and policies for Warehouse, Haulage and HQ office. Advise and lead employees on various safety-related topics. Review existing policies and procedures. Adhere to all the rules and regulations Work with HR to set up a new employee onboarding process for safety. Conduct a risk assessment. Enforce preventative measures. Check if all the employees are acting in adherence to rules and regulations. Prepare and present reports on accidents and violations and determine causes. Prepare and present to company management periodic report of safety operations, accidents, violations and determine causes Assists in investigating accidents or injuries that occur in the workplace. Collaborate with law enforcement agents and investigators to address cases of workplace accident Assists in the establishment of workplace safety and health committees and monitors their performance. Assist in carrying out daily safety duty maintain throughout the entire factory premises and haulage. Assist in the staff training and/or supervision of new inspectors and development. Organize safety training to educate company staff on necessary safety principles Responsible to issue Safety offense tickets to all employees that fail to meet the Safety & Health rules. Responsible for administrative functions such as budget preparation and control, preparation of various reports and documents, processing of legal documents, and personnel management. Reviews the work of subordinates to ensure the adequacy of service and to ensure departmental standards are met and policies are carried out. Oversee the placement and setup of safety signs to warn of potential hazard Ensuring that the company is compliant with the relevant regulations for health and safety.
