The candidate must be based local to the branch / willing to commute to selected branch.
Minimum SPM qualification or Diploma / Degree in any related discipline
Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to work on Public Holidays
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Added advantage - experience in sales position / related industry
Knowledge on current marketing / social media trend would be an added advantage
Possess a Good Attitude and can work in a team.
Must be willing to participate in various team activities.

Responsibilities

Diligently follow up and close sales opportunities.
Facilitate the smooth flow of information from client enquiry to order purchase, going above and beyond to ensure the excellent delivery of products and services that meet/exceeds customer\'s expectations
Acquiring a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements
Serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams
Attend to client feedback and complaints, providing prompt solutions to resolve issues to customer\'s satisfaction
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports for internal review
Achieve the given sales targets and operational excellence.
