Education and experience:

\xe2\x97\x8f Min SPM graduated with at least 3 months of Tele-sales experience (making sales via call out) and Fresh Graduate are most welcome.

\xe2\x97\x8f Preference will be given to candidates with sales/product consulting experience fromindustriessuch as beauty, banking/finance, telecommunication, Insurance, online business.

Ekiwi Global is a top-rank direct sales company in South-East Asia, we are in Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia with a global team of over 800 people. We create and sell beauty-related andpharmaceutical products via our E-commerce platform channels. Currently we are looking for Telesales (Mandarin Speaker) candidates to join our sales teamthat basedin Mont Kiara, KL. Candidates who wish to improve their sales skills, communication skills as well as

Job Responsibilities:
The person in charge of the Telesales agent position will be responsible for calling customers to introduceinformation about the products that the business is providing. What will you do as a telesales agent at Ekiwi?

\xe2\x97\x8f Call to consult and convince customers to use the right product and close the order accordingtothe data the customer has demanded (available data).

\xe2\x97\x8f Manage / store customer information on the company system

\xe2\x97\x8f Take care and support close customers, provide preferential programs for customers to increasesales

\xe2\x97\x8f Completing the assigned KPIs as prescribed

Specialized knowledge and skills:
Necessary skills:

\xe2\x97\x8f Voice clear, fluent, good communication. And a good telesales person needs to knowhowtofocus on needs and the customer\'s desire to be able to give accurate advice
