  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build relationships with potential and existing agents, from prospecting to closing sales.
  • Engage in frequent communication with your customers, understand customer needs and satisfaction.
  • Keep track and report sales performance and manage leads effectively.
  • Stay updated about market trend and insights.
  • Undertake other adhoc duties, assignments and other activities assigned by the management.
