To ensure the updated requirements of the DOSH is implemented and proper documented.
To initiate, propagate, promote, educate, execute and implementation of HSE programs and activities in continuous checks of the work-site.
To actively monitor, audit or carry-out risk assessment of the HSE operations in work-site at all times especially hazardous, harmful and dangerous work.
To review any report by customer and / or HOD regarding HSE matters.
Compulsory participate in any HSE discussion with customer or any local authority and responsibility to report to site management.
To make any recommendation / suggestion and feedback for improving the safety & health and welfare conditions at work-site.
To provide, recommend or engage proper education and training HSE matters to staff including proper usage of PPE.
To ensure zero accident or incident in the workplace as per customer's safety golden rules and full compliance of safety and health practices for all employees.
Enforce vehicle policy in terms of site safety including vehicle spot checks.
Proper waste management (scheduled and hazardous).
Housekeeping and safety compliance of company compound and job front housekeeping responsibility.
Interaction with HR department for safety violations and disciplinary actions related to safety infringements.
Requirements:
Degree/ Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health qualification or equivalent.
