Job Description
Role Responsibilities
- Provides direct access subject matter expertise for HCPs regarding \xe2\x80\x9cAll I need to know about my medicine\xe2\x80\x9d for specialised medication-specific support, that can go directly to customer
- Collaborate and support HCP to prescribe a Pfizer medicine regarding education and support related to a specific Pfizer medication
- Direct interaction with hospital and clinic HCPs regarding provision of Pfizer medication-specific education and support required by patients
- Central point of contact and act as Subject Matter Expert on medicines and treatment journey, access/out of pocket costs, treatment initiation process, ongoing management and adherence issues
- Direct line of communication to HCPs regarding patient insights for optimal patient selection and treatment (future opportunities and risks)
- Provide scientific information to HCPs within hospitals and clinics for launch brands
- Engages with HCPs both virtually and face-to-face depending on needs
- Focus on providing educational and scientific contents, and initiatives to improve outcomes and/or better service support to HCP
- Tertiary education in science (preferred) or a health science related discipline
- Knowledge of clinical research and clinical development processes desirable
