Job descriptionResponsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Familiar with social media and able to answer online enquiries and transform leads into sales, training will be provided. \xc2\xb7 To follow up with both potential and present customers to close sales. \xc2\xb7 To attend to walk-in customers and offer healthcare consultation. \xc2\xb7 To open and maintain customer profile and build lasting relationships with customers. \xc2\xb7 To keep records of all interactions with customers and follow up on customer enquiries, feedback and consuming experience. \xc2\xb7 Keep updated on product knowledge and promotion scheme. \xc2\xb7 Participate in company events to conduct sales consultation.
